ASHEBORO NC – Good news today for those who are still waiting for their spot in line for the COVID-19 vaccine. Randolph County Public Health announced Wednesday that they will be moving into Group 5. Group 5 includes “everyone who wants a safe and effective vaccine”.
Public health officials are still encouraging and giving preference to Groups 1-4, individuals for group 5 who are 16 years or older can now begin scheduling appointments. To schedule a vaccination appointment, call 336-365-6110. The vaccine appointment line is open Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. when appointments are available.
