Igh’Jhlan Silver is a 2-year-old, Black, Female, approximately 2 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 28 pounds. She has Black hair, and Brown eyes
Prasjhas Reid is a 3-year-old, Black, Male, approximately 2 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 26 pounds. He has Brown hair, and Brown eyes
The victims are believed to be with Kevin Antonio Smith.
Kevin Antonio Smith is described as 25 years old, Black, Male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 155 pounds. He has Black hair, and Brown eyes
Officals say they may be in a Gray 2023 Nissan Altima with a NC license plate number KHB-1698.
