Asheboro Field of Honor
November 10, 2023 - November 12, 2023
The baseball field at South Asheboro Middle School will be transformed into a Field of Honor with 500 U.S. flags posted in perfect rows and columns in tribute of Heroes. Join the Asheboro Rotary Club and the Asheboro/Randolph Chamber of Commerce present a panorama of Stars and Stripes.
The public may sponsor flags in recognition of Veterans, Active-Duty Service Men and Women, First Responders, and personal heroes.
Funds raised will benefit The Asheboro Rotary Club Foundation and The Asheboro/Randolph Chamber Charitable Foundation.
Residents are invited to visit the Field of Honor display and walk amid the flags. Sponsored flags will be tagged with the names of both the sponsor and the Hero to whom it is dedicated.
Celebrating Heroes Service – Saturday, November 11, 2023, at 12 noon
Closing Ceremony – Sunday, November 12, 2023, at 3pm
