Grief is an all-encompassing experience that impacts the griever physically, mentally, emotionally, socially and spiritually. While it is true that grief is universal and touches everyone at some point during their life, grief itself is a highly personal experience.
In the Grief 101 program, Kirsten Goard provides an introduction to the grief process and explores common reactions to the grief experience. This program seeks to normalize the grief journey, dispel common myths associated with grief, and equip participants with practical strategies for coping.
