Level Cross Fire Department Please join us in congratulating Stephan Arnold for being promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.Lt. Arnold has been with Level Cross Fire Department since February of 2019. During his time here, he has done many great things for our agency. A few of the things he has done has been taking on the training officer role, assisted in implementing updated and efficient response plans, and investing a lot of time into getting Rescue 43 ready and in service.
