ASHEBORO N.C. - Do your Christmas lights have what it takes to impress, then you might be able to win up to $500 in this years Light It Up Asheboro Christmas Light Contest.
The Asheboro Randolph Chamber of Commerce is offering cash prizes as high as $500 for the best Christmas light display in four different categories. Commercial, Residential, Non-Profit, and Store Window. Prizes for each category are $500 for first place, $300 for second place, and third place at $100.
Registration is free, but the deadline of 5PM on December 3, 2021 is approaching fast. Judging will take place between Dec 7th and 9th and will look at Creativity, Originality, Theme, Completeness, and Wow Factor. Winners will be announced on Saturday, December 11th.
