Young Child Recovering After Being Shot During Hunting Accident

ASHEBORO N.C. - A young child is recovering at a local hospital after being accidentally shot while he and his grandfather were packing up from hunting last weekend.
According to the Randolph County Sheriff's Office, on May 7th, 2022, deputies, and first responders were called to the area of Dawson Miller Rd., and US 220 Business in Asheboro for an accidental gunshot wound involving a juvenile.
