Asheboro Copperheads Announce Major Rebranding

ASHEBORO N.C. - Asheboro’s hometown Coastal Plain League (CPL) franchise has been the Asheboro Copperheads since 1999, but this year they are re-branding which includes a new name, new colors, new uniforms.
The Asheboro Copperheads announced the re-branding this week, Starting immediately the team will be the Asheboro ZooKeepers. The website for the team has already made the switch, including a special site just for announcing the name change.The teams colors which were burnt orange and black are changing to khaki, brown, black, and jungle
green. Fans can expect to see the new uniforms at the teams first game on May 25th 2022 when they take on the Fuquay-Varina Twins at a home game at McCrary...
