ASHEBORO NC – An Asheboro man was has been charged with kidnapped and sexually abused a child. According to police reports Justine Wayne Queen was arrested on Thursday, March 18th. Queen has been charged with felony first-degree kidnapping and seven counts of felony statutory sex offense with a child less than 15. Queen is being held at the Randolph County Jail under a $1 million secured bond.
