Asheboro Police Investigating Death Outside Motel 6

ASHEBORO NC – The Asheboro Police Department says they are investigating a death near the Motel 6 in Asheboro this morning and they don’t suspect foul play.

According to a press release by the department on Thursday, October 28th, 2021, just after 7 AM, officers with the Asheboro Police Department responded to 901 Albemarle Road for a call about a male on the ground, unconscious and not breathing. Fire and EMS personnel were unable to resuscitate the victim and he was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Detectives with the Asheboro Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division responded and are investigating. The victim was identified as Dennis Brandon Hill, age 34, of Asheboro. Police say at this time, there are no suspicious circumstances regarding the incident and no signs of foul play.
