Asheboro Police VICE Unit Arrest One, Seize Drugs Following Search Warrant

ASHEBORO N.C. – The Asheboro Police Department’s VICE/Narcotics Unit made one arrest and seized Fentanyl and crack cocaine after conducting a search warrant earlier this month.

According to a police report from the Asheboro Police Department, during the month of October 2022 the Department’s VICE/ Narcotics UNIT investigated Anthony Terrell Little for distributing narcotics in the City of Asheboro. That investigation led to detectives obtaining a search warrant on Little and his 2008 Honda Accord as well as numerous warrants for arrest against Little for distributing narcotics.

On November 2nd, 2022, police executed the search warrants on Little and placed him under arrest on outstanding warrants. Police say from the search warrants they were able to seize approximately 22.2 grams of crack cocaine and approximately 50. 4 grams of Fentanyl were seized.

Anthony Terrell Little was taken before a Magistrate where he was charged with multiple Felony charges including possession with intent to sell or distribute a controlled substance, trafficking, maintaining vehicle/ dwelling for controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or distribute within 1000 ft of a school, and other charges. Little received a $160,000.00 secured bond with electronic house arrest.
