Child Abuse Prevention Walk

The Department of Social Services is teaming up with Randolph County Partnership for Children Randolph County Emergency Services, Randolph County Public Health, NC Guardian ad Litem Randolph County, Randolph County Sheriff’s Office CARE Program and Emmy’s House Children’s Advocacy Center to host a Child Abuse Prevention “Walk” in downtown Asheboro on April 14, 2023, from 9:00 am to 11:30 am.

Join us as we raise awareness and show support for children and families in our community. The opening ceremony will kick off at 9:00 am, followed by a mile walk to focus on the important role that communities play in protecting children. Let’s work together to prevent child abuse and ensure that our children are safe and healthy. Remember, child abuse prevention and response belong to us all! See you there!
