Sheriff’s Office Looking for Suspects in String of Vehicle Break-Ins on 311

ASHEBORO N.C. - Last week the Randolph County Sheriff's Office responded to a string of dozens of vehicle break-ins on US Hwy 311, all during a few hours.
On September 13, 2022, at approximately 4:21 am, Randolph County 911 operators began receiving calls reporting burglaries of vehicles in the Sophia, Archdale, and Trinity areas. That morning deputies responded to thirty seperate addresses by 9 am and reported fifty vehicles had been entered.
According to a press release, The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office and additional agencies in the area received multiple reports of vehicles that were broken into around US HWY 311 during the early morning hours of September 13th, 2022.
