K9 Locates Wanted Suspect Who Fled in Crawlspace of Home
ASHEBORO N.C. - Charges are stacking up against a suspect with several active warrants who fled on foot from deputies and was located hiding in a crawlspace by a police K9.
According to a press release, on July 13th, 2023, a Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Detective in the area of Erect Rd., Seagrove, observed a male subject acting suspicious. Upon the detective pulling into the driveway of the residence the male fled on foot.
The detective was advised that the male was James Henry Bolton-McKee, who had active warrants for his arrest. The Sheriff's Office called in K9 Sarge and his handler responded and Bolton-McKee was located hiding in the crawl space of the residence.
