ASHEBORO N.C. - In its April session, the Randolph County Grand Jury returned indictments against people. Jonathan Cass Carter A True Bill of Indictment was issued on Jonathan Cass Carter for felony habitual breaking/entering. The indictment was issued as a result of an investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division. Carter was arrested on April 10th, 2023, and taken to the Randolph County Jail where he was served the order for arrest and issued a $25,000 secured bond and set the next court date for April 17, 2023, in Randolph County Superior Court.
