On March 18th 2022, Officers with the Asheboro Police Department responded to Glenwood Rd in reference to a welfare check on a male subject. Officers spoke with the homeowner who said there was a male subject standing by the creek on his property. According to a police report the homeowner told police he had asked the subject multiple times to leave the property and that the subject was attempting to start a fire in a bird bath.
