Armed Person Triggered Police Response on E Dorsett Ave Earlier this Week.

ASHEBORO N.C. - An armed individual making threats triggered a police response on E Dorsett Ave in Asheboro ealier this week.
On May 1st, 2023, at around 5pm, Randolph County 911 received a call that a female was armed with a handgun and threating to shoot another individual.
A total of nine officers with the Asheboro Police Department responded to the scene and spoke with the victims who indicated they were walking through the yard of a residence on East Dorsett Avenue when a female from the residence threatened them with a handgun.
