Captain Robert Caviness (Engine 13-C) Promoted To: Senior Captain Senior Captains act as company officers, directing the day to day operations of their assigned company, leading their crew to achieve tactical objectives on multi-company incidents, and acting as incident commander on single-company incidents or in the absence of the Battalion Chief.
