Two Arrested & Charged In Connection With Stolen Vehicle
ASHEBORO N.C. - Two men from Raleigh were in jail this morning after being charged in connection with a stolen car and drugs.
On the night of November 11th 2021, police responded to Matlab on Hwy 49 South. Officers with the departments S.E.T. team had located a Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat that had been reported stolen out of Raleigh behind a warehouse at the business and had fled from police earlier in the day.
While the Asheboro officers were on the scene the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office had simultaneously received a call about a suspicious persons on Revelle Trl which runs behind the plant. Sheriff’s deputies located to males, who were arrested. They were identified as 22 year-old Tyrese Deshawn Gibson and 18 year-old Ayden Zoroun Poole. Both were charged with Felony possession ...
