Sheriff’s Office Arrests NY Man After Locating Over $10,000 in Stolen Items
ASHEBORO N.C. - The Randolph County Sheriff's Office's Highway Criminal Interdiction Team arrested a New York man last week after they say the located over $10,000 of stolen items in the vehicle.
According to a press release, on October 6th, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Highway Criminal Interdiction Team conducted a traffic stop on I-85 in Archdale.
During that stop deputies were able to search the vehicle and say they located marijuana, several fraudulent identity cards, and over $10,000 in fraudulently purchased power equipment.
