ASHEBORO — Two homicide suspects wanted in South Carolina were arrested on Friday in Randolph County, according to the Sheriff's Office. On May 3rd, law enforcement agencies in Randolph County received an alert from law enforcement officials out of York County, S.C. that two homicide suspects had left South Carolina and were heading north on I-85. Deputies from the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office and other local law enforcement agencies began to work to locate the suspects. Photo released by the Asheboro Police Department ASHEBORO N.C. – The Asheboro Police Department is asking for help from the public in identifying who suspects who they say used a traffic vest to steal two TVs from Wal-Mart. According to a report from the department on the afternoon of December 24th, 2023, an officer was called to the Asheboro Wal-Mart. A loss prevention officer told the officers that the day prior two unidentified black males had come into the store and taken two televisions without paying. In photos released on Facebook one of the suspects can be seen in a traffic vest pushing TVs in a car through the store.
