ASHEBORO N.C. - This Sunday you’ll be getting that hour of sleep you lost back in March back as we ‘fall back’ to end daylight saving time. Daylight Saving Time (DST) will end on Sunday November 5th, 2023. ASHEBORO N.C. - Daylight Saving Time for 2022 ends this weekend with clocks set to Fall-Back by one hour giving Americans back the hour of sleep they lost in March, but also brining sunset an hour earlier. Daylight Saving Time started on March 13th, 2022, when clocks were set an hour forward. Thirty-four weeks later DST is set to end at 2 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 6th, 2022. With accurate trimming being necessary for accurate GPS which runs everything from navigation to timing of banking transactions most clocks change their time automatically taking some of the sting out of the change.
