Police DUI Checkpoint Leads to Arrests and Citations
ASHEBORO N.C. - A police DUI checkpoint last weekend led to several arrests and dozens of citations being written.
In the early morning hours of June 10th, 2023, Asheboro Police, along with Archdale PD, Liberty PD, NC State Highway Patrol, and the Randolph County Sheriff's Office, conducted a DUI checkpoint on W Dixie Dr.
According to Robbie Brown, Assistant Chief of Police with the Asheboro Police Department, the checkpoint led to a total of thirty-three citations being issued.
