ASHEBORO N.C. – Two search warrants led to three arrests and the seizing of a large amount of illegal drugs and cash last month across Randolph County last month.
Randolph County Sheriff’s Office (Parinna Drive, Trinity)
According to a press release from the Sheriff’s Office, on December 14th, 2022, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Vice and Narcotics Division searched a residence located at 5631 Parinna Drive in Trinity.
During that search, detectives say they located and seized Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and Marijuana.
As a result, charges were drawn on Victoria Elaine Baity and Bret Thomas Doerle. On January 5, 2023, both individuals were apprehended by the Randolph County Criminal Apprehension Team and transported to Randolph County Jail where they were served with their warrants.
Victoria Baity was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of schedule II, misdemeanor possession marijuana up to ½ oz., misdemeanor possession drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession marijuana paraphernalia. She was given a $5,000 secured bond and a court date was set for January 6, 2023, in Randolph County District Court
Bret Doerle was charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession drug paraphernalia. He was given a $15,000 secured bond with a court date set for January 6, 2023, in Randolph County District Court.
Asheboro Police Department (Brewer St)
On December 21st, 2022, officers with the Asheboro Police Department’s Special Enforcement Team (SET) and the Vice/Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant on a home at 821 Brewer St.
During the investigations officers seized approximately fifty (50) grams of Marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a large amount of US Currency.
As a result of this investigation Ms. Allison McNeil was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Jail. Ms. McNeil was taken before Magistrate Julian who found probable cause for the charges of Felony Conspiracy to Sell Marijuana, Possession with intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana, Felony Maintain Dwelling for Controlled Substance, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Ms. McNeil was given a secured bond of $20,000 and is to appear at the Randolph County Courthouse on 12/22/2022 in reference to this case.
