Operation Remembrance
Saturday, May 29, at 9 AM – A remembrance at Randolph Memorial Park and Oak Lawn Cemetery where veterans organizations and volunteers will place flags on the graves of local veterans.
Memorial Day Ceremony
Monday, May 31st, at 4 PM – Asheboro will host its regular annual Memorial Day Ceremony on at the Historic Randolph County Courthouse with closing ceremonies at the Randolph County Veterans Memorial.
Archdale Field of Honor
May 28th – June 3rd – The inaugural Archdale Field of Honor, in memory of service members who are not longer with us. The display of 59 American Flags will be displayed from May 28 – June 3, 2021 (weather permitting). This display will be held at Creekside Park in the field beside the library.
