Where To See Fireworks

July 4th 2021

Archdale

6PM to 10PM – Creekside Park

The city of Archdale will be holding a smaller 4th of July celebration this year. They will be shooting off fireworks the night of the 4th at Creekside park, just after dusk. Staff will park cars until the park is full and then the park will be closed. Food Trucks will open at 6pm, music by DJ Squirrel will begin at 6pm as well.

Food on site: S&P Lemonade, Dorsett Funnel Cakes and More, Roadway Dogs, Preacher Steen Icees, The Chill Shak, Kyles Concessions, 4 Fosters Slushies, Sunset Slush of HP

The city is asking for members of the public to please wear a mask or remain 6′ from others if you are unvaccinated per CDC guidelines. Be warned, the city says anyone taking up 2 parking spots for any reason will be asked to leave and/or be towed and is asking people to be considerate of neighbors and not to park in their yards or block driveways.

Asheboro

9:30 PM (Following the Copperheads Game) – McCrary Park

The city of Asheboro will hold its normal fireworks show following the Copperheads game on July 4th. Copperheads have already said reserved seats for the Fourth of July game are sold out, but general admission tickets are still available for $5 or $4 for Seniors and children. Fireworks can also be seen from the end Sunset Ave.


July 5th 2021

July 5th 2021 – 6PM-9PM – Commerce Square Park

Mark your calendar for our Annual July 5th Fun Day from 6-9pm in our Commerce Square Park. Come enjoy FREE Hot Dogs, Drinks, Watermelon, Bounce Houses, face painting, and Cumberland Drive Band will be performing and of course at dark Fireworks!
