In 2020, participating agencies cited nearly 1,400 DWI offenders in North Carolina. Drivers caught driving while impaired face the possibility of jail time, lost driving privileges and hefty fines.

This year in Randolph County, 11 DUI arrests have been reported since Saturday September 4th. Four of those arrests were in Asheboro, one in Randleman, and the remaining six were reported by the NC Highway Patrol.

The “Booze It & Lose It” Labor Day campaign runs through Sept. 12th.
