Please join us in congratulating Stephan Arnold for being promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.
Lt. Arnold has been with Level Cross Fire Department since February of 2019. During his time here, he has done many great things for our agency. A few of the things he has done has been taking on the training officer role, assisted in implementing updated and efficient response plans, and investing a lot of time into getting Rescue 43 ready and in service. Lt. Arnold has shown his love for the fire service by being a great brother, friend, and leader.

Monday night we had our annual awards banquet. Josie Parrish was voted Most Improved Firefighter by the department’s officers. Josie was also selected by the firefighters as this year’s Firefighter of the Year. Congratulations Josie Parrish!

Senior Captain Frankie Kelly (Training Division)
The Division Chief is assigned to the Operations Division and supervises the three Battalion Chiefs. The Division Chief is also responsible for managing special programs including Fire Investigations, Emergency Management, Recruitment and Retention, and Community Risk Reduction.
