Sheriff’s Office Arrests Three Individuals Caught Stealing at Construction Site
ASHEBORO NC - The Sheriff's Office arrested and charged three people for allegedly stealing items from a construction site in Trinity this week.
On March 28, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of School Road and Trinity Road, in Trinity after receiving a call about a possible larceny/theft.
When deputies arrived, they located a vehicle with three occupants at the construction site. The occupants were identified as Ronnie Dale Tate, Jr., Scott Russell Leonard, and Morgan Lindsey Davidson.
The suspects were detained for an investigation which according to the Sheriff's Office uncovered evidence that the occupants were attempting to steal items from the premises after two catalytic converters were located in the back of the truck.
