ASHEBORO N.C. - Early voting dates and locations for the 2024 Primary Election in Randolph County have been announced by the Randolph County Board of Elections. Early voting will start on Thursday, February 15th, 2024, and run through Saturday March 2nd, 2024. Weekdays early voting will be from 8 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. with different hours on weekends and not early voting held on Saturday, February 24th, or Sunday, February 25th, 2024. The Primary Election will be on March 5th, 2024 – 6:30 a.m. -7:30 p.m. You must vote at your assigned voting precinct site on Election Day. ASHEBORO N.C.- One-stop early voting is now available at the Randolph County Board of Elections, 1457 N. Fayetteville St., Asheboro on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. The Municipal General Election is held to elect mayors and members of the local cities and towns governing boards for Asheboro, Franklinville, High Point, Liberty, Ramseur, Randleman, Seagrove, Staley and Thomasville, as well as the Asheboro Board of Education. Early Voting Coming to an End, Ahead of 2022 Midterm Elections

ASHEBORO N.C. - There is just a little over a day left to vote ahead of the 2022 mid-terms elections scheduled to take place on November 8th, 2022. Early voting in Randolph County runs today through 7:30pm and Saturday Nov 5th from 8am to 3pm. (View Early Voting Schedule Here) There is no early voting on Sunday Nov 6th or Monday Nov 7th as North Carolina Statute requires a break on those days, between the end of early voting and the start of the election. If you were hoping to vote by mail instead, the deadline to request a ballot ended on November 1st. So far since early voting started on October 20th, 2022, over 22,000 residents of Randolph County have voted early. Thats on par with the last mid-terms in 2018 where 26,000 residents voted early. ASHEBORO N.C. - The number of people who have chosen to vote early this year has officially passed the pre-pandemic levels with another 3 days still left. With hotly contested seats for the house and senate at both the state and federal level as well as incumbents being challenged for register of deeds and Randolph County Sheriff, the rise in early voting comes as no surprise. So far this year 6,923 voters have chosen to vote early, just passing 2018 totals (6.376), and the number is expected to continue to rise with three more days left to vote early. After early voting ends on Saturday May 14th 2022, voters will only be able to cast their vote during the 2022 primary election held on May 17th this year. ASHEBORO NC - One-stop early voting for the November 2nd, 2021 municipal elections starts today and will continue through the end of October. Early voting began this morning and will continue until 7 P M as well as Friday the 15th from 8 AM to 5 PM.Starting Monday and lasting through Oct. 29, voting will run Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays, and 8 AM to 7 PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.The last day of early voting on Saturday, Oct. 30 will run from 8 AM to 3 PM.
