The annual Easter Eggstravaganza has moved inside due to the impending weather forecast. The event is still FREE and will take place from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm but the event will now be held at the City of Asheboro Recreation Center located at 148 North Street in downtown Asheboro.
Children ages 1-10 are eligible to participate and whether you find 1 egg or 100, everyone gets a goody bag! Please note that parents are asked to remain outside of the egg hunt area while children are collecting the eggs. The Easter Bunny is also expected to make a special appearance.
The egg hunt times are:
1-2 year olds at 10:00am
3-4 year olds at 10:00am
5-7 year olds at 11:15am
8-10 year olds at 12:00pm

The annual Easter Eggstravaganza is a free family friendly event hosted by the City of Asheboro's Cultural & Recreation Services. Children ages 1-10 can participate to find eggs with a special appearance from the Easter Bunny and goody bags for everyone.
