Asheboro Easter Eggstravaganza Scheduled For April

ASHEBORO N.C. – Asheboro Cultural & Recreation Services has announced a date for this year’s Easter Eggstravaganza.

The annual Easter Eggstravaganza is a free family friendly event hosted by the City of Asheboro’s Cultural & Recreation Services. Children ages 1-10 can participate to find eggs with a special appearance from the Easter Bunny and goody bags for everyone.

This year the event is scheduled for Saturday, April 9th from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm at Bicentennial Park in downtown Asheboro. The event will be held rain or shine. Please note that parents are asked to remain outside of the egg hunt area while children are collecting the eggs.

The egg hunt times are:

  • 1-2 year olds at 10:00am
  • 3-4 year olds at 10:00am
  • 5-7 year olds at 11:30am
  • 8-10 year olds at 1:00pm
