This morning at around 10 a.m. emergency crews from Guil-Rand and Sophia Fire Departments along with Randolph County EMS responded to I-74 E near Cedar Square Rd for a report of a vehicle off the roadway. According to a post on Facebook by Guil-Rand Fire Department, crews arrived to find a rollover accident down an embankment involving three patients.
