Search Warrant at Asheboro Apartment finds Drugs, One Arrested

ASHEBORO N.C. – The Asheboro Police Department’s VICE/Narcotics unit served a search warrant at an Asheboro apartment complex late last month that located a large amount of drugs and led to the arrest of a suspect.

According to a police report from the department, on June 28th, 2023, the VICE/Narcotics along with members of the Special Enforcment Team executed a search warrant at Summer Run apartments located at 2159 N. Fayetteville St.

That search led to police seizing 145 grams of cocaine, US Currency, and drug paraphernalia.

Police say they arrested Tevin Maurice Gray and charged him with multiple drug related charges. As of the time of this article Gray remains confined at the Randolph County Jail.
