ASHEBORO — A suspect wanted on four active warrants was arrested at a traffic stop in Trinity on Saturday driving a stolen vehicle, according to the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office.
According to a press release from the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office, on April 20th, 2024, deputies pulled over a vehicle matching the description of one reported stolen out of Davidson County. The driver, identified by the Sheriff’s Office as Grayson Thor Miller was arrested at the scene.
Miller also had four confirmed active warrants for arrest which included a misdemeanor probation violation out of Randolph County, two counts of felony habitual larceny out of Guilford County, and felony larceny of motor vehicle for the same vehicle out of Davidson County.
Miller was transported to the Randolph County Detention Center where the magistrate found probable cause and additionally charged him with felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
He was served the outstanding processes and issued a total of $17,000 in secure bonds. A first appearance was set for April 22, 2024, in Randolph County District Court. Appearances are scheduled for Davidson County District Court on April 24, 2024, and Guilford County District on April 26, 2024.
