Suspect Wanted For Murder After Asheboro Stabbing
ASHEBORO NC - The Randolph County Sheriff's Office is asking for help locating a suspect wanted in connection to a murder.
According to a press release on Saturday, April 3, 2021, deputies received a call about a stabbing at 219 Emmanuel Church Road in Asheboro. The deputies arrived and located Harold Stephen King who was deceased inside the residence. The press releases says an investigation led them to a suspect identified as Brian Cody King, who deputies believe had stabbed the victim and then left with a female.
Several hours later, the female King had left with was dropped off at an unnamed location in Thomasville, where she then called 911. The female is currently being treated at a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries she sustained during the incident. The male an...
