Felony Suspect On Probation For Drugs Found With Drugs And Guns

ASHEBORO N.C. – A convicted felon on probation was arrested after police say a search of his home found guns, ammo, and drugs.

On December 7th, 2021, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office was called to Raymond Gray Lane, in Archdale, to assist NC Probation and Parole in searching the home of Stan Millikan Davis, Jr., a convicted felon on probation for drug charges out of Guilford County. During that search police say they found marijuana, firearms and ammunition. Davis was arrested and transported to the Randolph County Jail where Probation officers with DPS served Davis with his Violation and the magistrate found probable cause to issue warrants on Davis for two counts Felony Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, Felony Possession with Intent to Sell/Deliver Marijuana, and Felony Maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling for a Controlled Substances. Davis was issued a $7,500 total secured bond and a first appearance date of December 9, 2021, in Randolph County District Court.
