ASHEBORO N.C. – A vehicle accident yesterday evening in Randleman on US 220 Business left one dead.
On December 11, 2022, at approximately 6:24 p.m., officers with the Randleman Police Department responded to a vehicle accident involving a pedestrian on US 220 Business N near Sibbett Street.
The pedestrian, Christopher Dale Hicks, 38, of Randleman, was struck by a 2014 Honda CR-V.
According to a press release from the Randleman Police Department, the driver was traveling south on US 220 Business when Hicks walked into the roadway and was struck by Dobbins’ vehicle.
Hicks was pronounced dead at the scene. No Charges will be filed.
