Search Warrant Leads to Two Arrested in Randleman on Felony Drug Charges

RANDLEMAN N.C. – Two people were arrested earlier this week on felony drug charges following a search warrant at a Randleman home.

On June 21st, 2023, the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office Vice and Narcotics Division concluded an investigation related to the distribution of narcotics in Randolph County. Detectives, assisted by the Criminal Interdiction Team and Randleman Police Department, executed a search warrant at a residence located on Worthville St. in Randleman. According to a press release from the Sheriff’s Office, during the search, Detectives located and seized fentanyl, methamphetamine, items of drug paraphernalia and US Currency. As a result, Donald Lawrence Clark and Christopher Roger Link were both arrested.

Donald Lawrence Clark was charged with felony possession methamphetamine, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance and misdemeanor possession drug paraphernalia. He was given a $5,000 secured bond with a first court appearance scheduled for June 26, 2023 in Randolph County District Court.

Christopher Roger Link was charged with felony possession with intent to sell/deliver counterfeit controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor resisting public officer, misdemeanor possession drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession marijuana up to ½ oz. He was given a $10,000 secured bond for these charges with a first court appearance scheduled for June 26, 2023, in Randolph County District Court. He was also served with a warrant for arrest for felony probation violation in which he received no bond
