According to a police report from the Asheboro Police Department on Nov 14th, 2022, at around 3:30am officers were called to a vehicle accident on N Main St in Asheboro. Wanted Suspect Arrested After Chase, Crashing Into Camper, Fleeing Arrest

ASHEBORO N.C. - A wanted suspect who led police on a vehicle chase near Ramseur in which they crashed into a camper before getting away was arrested by the Criminal Apprehension Team this week. On February 3, 2022, a Randolph County Sheriff’s Deputy on patrol saw a vehicle at a gas station outside of Ramseur that they knew was driven by Randall Ray Burgess, who had outstanding Orders for Arrest.
